Behind "projections" of what "should" be needed. Not behind their won projections or behind anything mandated.
I still think is better plan than what the GOP proposed...nothing...but not as good a plan as the single payer system.
Lastly that website sucks! LOL! I've rarely been on a news site that was so slow and slowed my computer down so much!

Aside from that pesky issue of SAVING money rather than being an expense, much less one that isn't budgeted because of the shortfall.
Most people would consider a plan sold as a savings/revenue neutral in order to get it to pass IS a mandate, otherwise how it was sold was a lie.
