But until they do I can only imagine how much the knee pad manufactures make on this celebration day of Old Glory.

I'd say it wouldn't happen.
Of course if one of them groped a flag like that we'd have to have 24 hour coverage.
But the POTUS who routinely make the US second tonhis buddies in Russia and North Korea LOVES him some flag hugging.
