Exactly, you see NE do it all the time, if the runs not there they will literally throw every down. But then again they have the whole Brady thing, not sure Daltonis the guy for 70 passes a game.

Head nod is a variation of the silent snap. Sometimes it's, head bob/1 count/snap, sometimes it's head bob/2 count/snap and sometimes they head bob then reset.
