But on the flip side, with Dalton's ineffectiveness (being nice here), how could anyone take someone still defending him, seriously?

Another week the defense isnt great but not bad either.....but the offense cannot do anything.

At least the Seahawks have overtaken the Browns.

Because a guy in his 9th year and a guy in his 6th game is so comparable. Rolleyes

Who's defending him today though? One guy said he had excellent placement on a couple of passes. Outside of that, who's defended Dalton?

Remember back when they used to try and do the shovel pass every play?

RE: ***Week 6 GameDay Thread - Bengals @ Ravens*** - bfine32 - 10-13-2019

For real: Andy's been in the league 9 years and someone said 10 years and that becomes a big deal?

RE: ***Week 6 GameDay Thread - Bengals @ Ravens*** - Joelist - 10-13-2019

Sorry but when you've yielded 196 on the ground and have allowed 7-11 on third down you are incompetent on defense.

And then add on ppl
Defending him sit on this board and when they see posts going at Dalton they IGNORE all the football details and focus in on stuff that doesn’t matter like grammar and if they got the number of years he’s played right. Then when asked respectfully to address the meat of the post they dance around it and double down on some inconsequential mistake.

Hard to take them seriously no matter how many rep points they have . Then rep points don’t make you smart it just means you say stuff ppl like

Did you watch the first quarter and a 1/2 birds Pretty much did as they pleased. 8 years a play. They are playing better now. But we’re crap almost a 1/2
