Marvin getting better at hafltime adjustments - fredtoast - 10-07-2015

Since 2011 Marvin has only lost 5 games when leading at halftime, but has come back to win 9 games that he trailed at halftime.

Overall Marvin is 74-23-2 when winning at halftime. (.758 win %)

11-2 when tied at halftime (.846)

19-65 when losing at halftime (.226)

Marvin is also not that bad in the fourth quarter since 2011.

He has lost 6 games when he was either leading or tied going into the fourth quarter.  That is not good.  We shouldn't lose any games in the fourth quarter.  

But on the other hand he was won 10 games when we were either losing or tied going into the fourth quarter.  So he is doing more good than bad.

I'd be curious to see how those compare to league averages.

The team is 9-17 when trailing since 2011. That's almost 2 losses for every win.

5 of those 9 wins came in 2011.

That's how it's played out in the past with Marv. If our team can't figure out how to get something going by halftime, we probably lose.  I'm hoping this team is different. Who Dey ThumbsUp
