From what I've watched of him, he reminds me a lot of John Ross. This is both good and bad.

Positives that I saw:
- Electric speed and agility, YAC and TD scorer
- Added value as Return Specialist
- Definite field stretcher and game changer

Negatives:
- Likes to allow the ball to get into his body when making catches. Catches ball in chest/gut when facing the ball, basket catches downfield.
- Injury history (broken collarbone in 2016, torn ACL in 2017)
- Not physical that I see, might struggle getting initial separation if a DB gets hands on him
- Not a prolific route runner
- Plays in a weaker conference, so there could be some doubts that he can be as good in NFL as he was in college because he won't be able to get as much separation from better DBs

I will say I like him as a WR3/4, which is what the Bengals could use given they have Boyd, Higgins, and Tate.
I think Stevenson ends up as a Day 2 pick because that dynamic playmaking ability is just too tempting.
Given I expect the Bengals to pick early in the rounds, I wouldn't spend more than a 3rd round pick on him.
