Both men seem to have done OK in their response to Covid yet now they are in disagreement.

The current administration is starting as many fires as it can before Biden takes office. Too many for him to put out.

This isn't as much starting a fire, but it's more like taking away a fire extinguisher in case of a fire.

I believe that Biden will have the experience and team that can quickly handle many of the issues that Trump is leaving behind.
If Trump thinks he's burning everything on the way out the door and no one will be able to fix it it is because, again, Trump doesn't understand how things work and how functional people deal with issues and chaos.

Sounds like this money was set aside for corporate loans/grants and hasn't been used. Mnuchin's intent to pull this money back is to hopefully re-appropriate it toward small business's. That would then require congress approval which we know they can't agree on things.
