-hopes to add 5-10lbs
-did some post-practice throwing with Chase..."I think he's going to bring some explosiveness to our offense."
- only difference today from his regular rehab was throwing at moving targets (that is still a step forward IMO)
-praises trainer Nick Cosgray
- hopes to be a full go by camp (keep in mind that doc said no contact for 9 months)
- said he is throwing better than ever with more velocity
-Frank Pollack is going to do great things for us. You could hear his voice today.

Good to see perfect attendance. Means something when all of the pressure from outside NFLPA to not show up. It obviously has to translate to wins to matter, but this team seems like a pretty close knit group.

Agreed. He added, "We won 4 games." He was to the point and didn't shy away from admitting improvement was needed. I'd imagine his team mates view him as a leader.

In Zac's interview session he said there is no depth chart, no first team, or any such thing for the first day. He said it is only about players getting in individual work. He said the first team stuff, reps, etc. comes later.

Reporters have tweeted how Mixon was lining up at WR for reps. Zac clarified this is only happening to protect Burrow. Nobody "is allowed within 10 feet of him." Zac said they are being cautious.
