x'rays won't show anything, he has a soft tissue injury....he'll need an MRI. He's walking around so it is not likely an ACL injury but he could have a sprained MCL. Physical exam can indicate the injury. The MRI will tell you the extent

Jonah had alot of pass block snaps last year which raised his PB efficiency but he gave up 10 sacks and over 44 pressures. What saved him from being one of the worse tackles in the NFL was how fast Joey B got the ball out and the plays he made with his feet.
