Love me some Lou Anarumo.... the players love him and love to play for him. Remember when the malcontents were saying there was no communication, and now the players are talking about how easy he is to talk with and everyone's on the same page.....

Not bad for a guy who was allegedly like the 4th or 5th choice to be D coordinator.
Shows that you never know how it might work out but I do know that Zac and the Bengals got lucky that other guys turned the job down before it was offered to Lou.
He has done a great job and I selfishly hope the teams that interview him for a HC position don’t think he’s a good choice for them (sorry Lou).
