App on your phone? Clock/Radio with an alarm? Biorhythm? Something else?

Google hub mini as an alarm clock on nightstand.

Phone alarm as backup.

Although to be honest the kids get up at 5 to 5:30, so I don't much need alarms.

I'm at a point where I just wake up naturally between 5 and 5:15am every day.

Well a few things..
1. Alarm clock.. Phone or a standard one doesnt matter..
2. Routine Getting to bed at a decent time makes it easier to wake up on time.
and my ace in the hole.
3. A Dog that demands to go outside @ or before 5 am lol

it may take about a week or 2 for you to adjust to a new schedule

Now that I'm of the age where I don't actually have to be up and atem at 5am for anything..my new job is to get those lazy roosters out of bed..i wake up and go wake up all the birds in the neighborhood then go back to sleep..
