The "Steeler way" has been around way longer than Mike Tomlin has been a part of the organization. He's just the current guy who fit the mold of how they want to portray the organization.

Context... there is wanting to fold a guy in half with a perfect tackle and there is cheap shot Roquan Smith with a punch to Mixon belly while pinned to the ground. The former is one of the most fun things you get a chance to do in life lol.
