How will Biden perform tonight doing a teleprompter speech?

1. Tell a lie or mistruth called out by a fact checker
2. Misspeak
3. Have long pauses (not do to clapping or for effect, but looking confused for the pause as no reason for it
4. Misc. - could be lots of issues
