Well I'm surprised I haven't killed a dog before. Those little ones like the one he kicked are very notorious for getting in your way. However, when you're just walking and you kick one, it shouldn't hurt them too bad, unless you get very unlucky I guess.
In this case, though, I'd be willing to bet it wasn't an accident. I doubt the owner (gf) would've filed charges against him for it. Shame though.

Its entire body was beaten to a pulp. AN NFL linebacker beating a Yorkie all over. Just imagine that for a second.
