Makes ya feel kind of butt naked doesn't it?   I'd be very happy with most of this - if they are there.   I think Calhoun will be there but I doubt Fuller and Mills.  Boehm would make a nice project with a lot of potential.

Will Fuller won't be there for sure..

RE: First Mock of 2016 - BengalHawk62 - 03-03-2016

I just used Fan Speak's draft generator and took pretty much best available at needed positions and this is how it came out.  ?????  Usually after the first ten picks its all a crap shoot anyways.

RE: First Mock of 2016 - RoyleRedlegs - 03-03-2016

Why are people so desperate to draft a WR who can't catch?

Because it can be taught. Speed and quickness cannot.

As to the OP: I really like the RD 1 pick. He was impressive at the combine.

Thanks. I like Calhoun a lot.  Would love to see him in Cincy next year.

Not really.

Ted Ginn has quickness and still has a high drop percentage. Greg Little has been plagued by having issues catching the ball.

Sure it can; I didn't say everyone could learn it.

Yet you don't think speed/quickness can be trained?

Nope; You can't teach a slow runner to run fast.

Do you believe you can?

Do you think speed can be taught? If so we may want to teach Sanu

Here is the more important question, Can we teach a guy to grow his tiny little hands?

I bet Fuller can't even eat at Burger King.

No, you cannot teach someone to grow bigger hands.

In some cases yes.
Look at Leveon Bell. He changed his body type and made himself faster and quicker.

If you have a WR who has a sloppy body or runs wild, and you teach him to be more fluid and concise in his movements he will be quicker.

There's a reason you do rope drills. To improve foot speed.

Can you take a 4.5 guy and make him a 4.3? No.
Can you take a 4.5 guy and make him a 4.45? It's very possible.
