This brings us to point two. It has been alleged that Trump has Russian ties because no US bank, investment group, or capital firm will do business with him because he is a dead beat, a liar, a cheat, and a scam artist. And finally, we observe the one way he still seems to be able to get American capital for his companies. He gets troglodytic Americans to donate to his campaign, then sells goods and services from companies he owns (the goods produced, naturally, in foreign countries because he is a good businessman and a GREAT American) to the campaign. There's his recipe for making America great again - steal from the poor, and enrich yourself with profit margins enhanced by using low wage foreign workers.

So, in conclusion, yeah, it is the same.
