Yes they need help.   But full access to the locker rooms isn't one of them .   Just put them into the family or staff bathroom.   No need to do anything else.

So you are actually comparing black people to _______?    Sorry but blacks are more than 1% of the population.   And you know they can't just magically change their colour, where as a ______ can just be a man or a woman based on how they feel that day.

However the comparison of situations concerning equal treatment under the law is being discussed.  Not the underlying reason one group or another is being denied such treatment.
