And now you can go to some restaurant to order big beefy bones and scrape the bone marrow out to put on toast as a delicacy.  Amazing how things can come full circle.

That looks delicious. I've always wanted to try bone marrow. Closest thing that I've had is the marrow in the bone of a ham steak.
