Our "ghost-team" was from the UK, I believe.

If I might propose a rule:

If you're non active (and thusly non competitive) I'd have no problem with not getting an invite the next season.

And last place should get the boot and first on a waiting list can come in. Maybe even bottom two if there is a waiting list.

I would have won if I started Newton or Jeffery, but I can't act like it was a close call because I haven't made a line-up change in months.
