Pac Man and Kirk has to be the worst starting CB's in the league.

They do if the refs don’t start the clock

Yeah, don't try and freeze a kicker which a timeout you can't keep, and who has already missed one kick today, Marvin. What good could that do?

Why would you touch him? Why wouldn’t Marvin tell them to just leave the player be

They actually reset clock from 3 seconds to 5 seconds for that play. You know home field advantage, so.

He gave himself up. No way it was done in 3 seconds though

Now you are still down by 1. Go for 2 for the tie, or you're down by 2 which doesn't matter because you still win with a FG.

1 point keeps you from chasing additional points later.  Tennessee can score 7 and still only be up one score.  They can score 3 and a Bengals TD still puts them up a full 3.  And so on

Um, what? How does being smart have some kind of time requirement?

You go for 2 now...
Make It: You tie it.
Miss It: You are down by 2, you need a FG to win.

WHEN makes no difference. The only thing that makes sense is to go for 2 there. Be it first half or fourth quarter.

The clock got reset to 5 seconds, 3 ran off on the ensuing play.

I tried to explain it, but just go with it was a dumb move; even though the announcers that question everything made no mention on it.

Because Marvin isn't that smart...

But with that said, that's on our "professional" players. They should know better

Hilarious. Wouldn't be a Marvin team unless they were giving a points right before half. No understanding the situation. Obviously they're going to do a quick pass which the coverage was terrible and then the guy actually gives himself up and you can let the time run out by not touching them but certainly Marvin wouldn't prepare them for that. Thisnteam isnliterally just filled with dumbasses from top to bottom.

To me, it looks like Marvin was actually afraid to jump on #55 or he just doesn't care. Also, not going for 2 was a head scratcher.

No you don’t have to be touched when you give yourself up
