He is not worth 16 million a year, should have let him walk.

Going to make for some hard choices, when it comes to salary cap cuts.

I would be surprised if he stayed healthy for two seasons out of that 5.

You folks DO realize that this is AFCN Chatter, and not Smack Talk, right? Let's keep it civil, and leave the smack for the Smack forum.

Yeah, even though Bells' income expectations are a bit of a laughing matter..

This IS just AFCN Chatter, where we can all come to talk civilly with fans our respective divisional opponents.

My source is a neighbor of mine who’s good friend is in the organization. When I posted it, it was the offer on the table. They expected him to sign it. He didn’t.

I’ve taken nothing here as smack. It’s all good. Even though I was close and did have some good info, I made a prediction that missed the mark. I deserve some shit.

And thank God I was wrong. The guy is out of his mind. I want him gone ASAP. I hope he sits 8 Games then they release him in week 10.

Yeah, I understand your enthusiasm.  But, just try to control your emotions long enough to have a civil, logical conversation about football as it relates to the division.

Did Bell's agent write that?  Seriously you can't say you want to be a Steeler for life and turn down $70million.  30 of which you get in the first two years.  Quit lying.  Just say you want as much money as you can get, and you think you can get more somewhere else.  I have no problem with that.
