If Eifert goes down and well ummmm you know. I'd love to have a redzone threat like Tate, he just flat out wills his way to the ball.

With both of them on the field and AJ inside the 20 D's will be having nightmares trying to cover that and Gio or Mixon out of backfield.

Offense is going to be scary good if OL can block at all.

Fun thinking about it for a change.

Never let it be said that Bengals fans always put the cart in front of the horse this time of training camp.. They're sounding like world beaters, but they still have to beat other teams.  They always seem better on paper and as the season unfolds there's almost always something that changes from injuries to the opposition also being really good to just rotten luck.
I'm really trying to feel upbeat about this season, but there is some history standing in the way that leaves just some kind of disconnect..
I really hope that my gut instincts about our beloved team is completely baseless and they come out and just knock all the pundits for a loop.
Just once I'd like to hear the punditry have to eat some really tough crow meat.

Then Boyd and now this crazy big soft handed TD machine in Auden Tate...

Hard to not get excited about this passing game, let alone the running game when we added two great run blockers....

I need to do more of these...........................................................................

You're making me get tingly again!

With the lack of red zone production last year, I just don't think there is any way Auden Tate does not make the game day roster.

I agree.  We can't count on Eifert to be there when we need him.  And Tate just seems to go get the ball from what we've heard.  I'll be pissed if he's not dressed for opening day.

Jonathan Hankins is still out there as a FA.

Can't move forward if you spend your time looking back.

Plus FO seems to have broken the history mold the team always followed with some solid offseason moves.

I think one more mold that needs to be broken. Will the cut or trade veterans prior to start of the year if there are others more deserving of the roster spot? I think 3 vets come to mind, Johnson, LaFell and Rey off the top of my head.

That is about 11 million in salary cap savings I believe if all 3 are cut for younger type players who will be paid league minimum. Money would could use to extend Dunlap and Geno or grab a FA or trade for someone that could help us in 2018.

Free Agency ain't over until it is over.

First 6 years BB - 41 wins and 54 losses with 1-1 playoff record with 2 teams Browns and Pats

I agree, seems like different mind set. Now cut vets and save some cap space if we have younger guys who can be as good this year and better long term?
