Man, I hope it doesn’t rain Sunday. I was at the Bills game last year and got drenched lol. Going to this game and the early outlook is that they are calling for rain. Might be a defensive game if it does indeed rain though

Too early for weather prediction, but with you 100% in hoping rain holds off.

10-day forecast says 50% chance of rain, but it's Greater Cincinnati and the weather could be 80 one day and snowing the next, so who the hell knows.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting rained on since another hurricane is headed our way. Depending on the prevailing winds it may or may not pass quickly ..right now it's expected to move through quickly, but with more wind this time around .
Might make for good fishin though..I made a mean bluegill chowder yesterday. Good stuff!

Look at the positive: If it does rain, there will be a lot of wet douchebags sitting in soaked undies for a long, cold ride back to shittsburgh.

Goal is to always be louder than the guy next to you when Bengals are on defense I don’t understand Bengals fans at PBS though, I feel like a lot of them are casual and won’t make a peep unless we score a TD. I try to be a voice to motivate others to make noise with me.

Kind of like the ones that just set there and get mad because everyone around them is standing and whooping it up for a great play....

pittsburgh fans don't travel. They just have bandwaggoners in every city.

What, no sympathy for the hometown d-bags that will get wet?

Well, you never know why people are being quiet. For example, I have high blood pressure, but I still like seeing the games in person. So when I'm at the game, I'm quiet and not screaming my throat bloody. To other fans, perhaps it appears I'm not "pulling my weight," but the last thing I need to be doing is behaving in that fashion, for obvious reasons. But, I have no problem with others making noise if they want to. I mean, it is a football game after all, so I expect that, and enjoy it, too.
My quiet demeanor hasn't led to many discussions with my seatmates, but there was a dufus in the row behind me at the Dallas game a few years back that tried to "motivate" me to be loud. He kept saying 'Dude, get up! Make some noise!' or some variation over and over again. He just kept at it. I finally texted the jerk line on his alcoholic ass after he grabbed and shook my shoulders. The staff responded promptly to my text and asked him nicely to behave himself. He refused and got into a shouting match with them, after which he was escorted out to everyone's delight.
Now, I'm not suggesting that's how you have acted or how you plan to act at games, so, I'm not impugning your behavior. Your post just touched a nerve, I guess, and brought that Dallas experience to mind. Bottom line, people have every right to be quiet at the game if they choose to do so. My .02.

Like I said, in typical Cincinnati style, now it's only a 20% chance of rain.
Could be projected to be a hurricane by Sunday, but it looks like it will be clear for now.

Worked construction for over 30 years traveling a lot. Many times the weather man said 100% chance of rain tomorrow.
So we would close the bars down thinking we were off the next day chanting 100% chance on every round only to see no rain and a full day of work the next day.
But am going to forecast a high percentage chance the Bengals will be reigning the North after this week.

While your second point is true, there are lots of folks that come in from pissburgh every year.
City starts to get a foul odor around saturday afternoon.

It would assuredly be less than four hours for the hometown folks.
I remember a prime time game against the Ravens (think it was a Thursday) where it rained, and rained, and rained.
I think Jonathon Joseph knocked down something like 5 passes, but couldn't pick any off. The Bengals won the game, so I didn't care at all about the soaked hour drive back to Centerville. It was a pretty cold and miserable night, though. But I was happy.

Yeah there is the jerk line for jerks, I hope that guy got what he had coming to him. I bring my wife to every game I go to and I would consider her a “Fairweather Fan” compared to me which is fine, but she makes an effort and maybe that is all to make me happy? I wouldn’t doubt it and that’s fine. I don’t drink hardly ever and I never do at sporting events.
Sorry to hear about your high blood pressure. You have given me a different outlook on why maybe some fans don’t make noise, but I also don’t believe we have one of the quietest stadiums in the NFL due to everyone having a health condition. I don’t judge those who don’t cheer or make noise at games, I can seem to notice though more booing when the game isn’t going our way than I do people motivating our defense on 3rd down. It is what it is.
