Good article on Bengals FA thus far...cap update
#1
I am kind of "meh" on the Waynes and Sua Fil-o signings, and very excited about Reader.  What I do like about the Waynes and Sua Fil-o signings is that it signifies that players are not safe if they underperform or can't stay on the field.  I still think $18 million is a ton for AJ Green at this point, but they need immediate help at WR and if he can stay healthy all season (a big IF) the Bengal's offense should improve by leaps and bounds.

I would still like to see a FA LB for depth, even if they aren't going to push out Vigil or Pratt.

Don't you mean 18 mil for AJ?

And now add in CB Mackensie Alexander's 1 year $4 Mill deal....

Great CB moves by the Bengals, taking them from Zimm's defense!

Need to sign Green to an extension to get his cap # down. 3 years 48 million should do the trick.

Or at least trade Dalton for a player or a pick from the Patriots and work on Green's deal. That deal sounds good to me.

What LB's do the Pats have that would interest us I wonder?

Also would love to take Isaiah Wynn off their hands.

Been a very nice FA so far just need a LB.
