Any organization that gets too large tends to lose focus. Our federal government is one such beast people are constantly complaining about. The problem is we keep putting people in charge of it who swear they want to shrink it right up until the point that they get their hands on the national bank account then suddenly it just has to grow..seldom in the direction anyone wants it to grow.
