Extra fun note...Dave Shula doesn't just manage a steakhouse, he manages a steakhouse owned by his father. The guy didn't even leave the NFL to run a steakhouse owned by a stranger.

I'd love to serve you steak, but Mike Brown owns the place and he only orders rat meat and insists that I find a way to turn it into filet mignon.

I heard they were as tender as the Oline.

Wonder if he has a Jonah Shoulder steak or a Bullock Shank Steak on the menu. Or the famous Boneless Brown Steak. Hell we can have some fun with this.

On vacation to Mammoth Caves National Park...all the rangers recommended this restaurant. Get the steak they said.

I did. It was basically a hamburger!
