There is also the argument about the number that are there due to problems with the system and deliberate bad acts by police and prosecutors and judges.

That minorities are more affected as a percentage just adds to the problem/issues.  It also affects white people too, obviously.

The specific point it the death penalty is very flawed...the general point is that is also skewed toward the poor and minorities being the most involved.
