That minorities are more affected as a percentage just adds to the problem/issues.  It also affects white people too, obviously.

The specific point it the death penalty is very flawed...the general point is that is also skewed toward the poor and minorities being the most involved.
But you can't talk about minorities being more affected if you don't give all the info.  

So why isn't anyone complaining about it being skewed against men?  They make up 50% of the population, and I would venture probably 95% of death row.

And I certainly believe deliberate bad acts should be prosecuted with prison time, and maybe based on how much the accused was facing.
