Well I'll double check, but I didn't see the statistics of who is involved in what crimes by percentage.
It usually is related to the insanely high disparity of violent crime performed by men versus women. For instance, you brought up the number of white people mass shootings. While white people make up about 60% of the race of mass shooters, men of any race make up over 90% of the shootings. In general, men commit about 90% of all homicides in the country as well so as you start looking at the context of everything it actually makes sense that death row, a place usually inhabited by perpetrators of violent crimes, is largely male.
