Your link adds some better numbers, but my response is start seeking the death penalty more often for white people where this disparity exists.  In ten years there won't even be a death penalty so I don't know that it matters much as anyone sentenced now won't ever be executed.

I personally would have a much easier time recommending a white person get the death penalty.  Then there's nothing at the back of my mind about race.  Just a monster and his need to be put down.
