I thought for sure ky was going to get that funded when trump gave mitch's wife the transportation sec job. I know I have heard multiple presidents talk about it. Maybe we just need to expand the existing structure. Figure out how to widen it. I don't know if that is in this new one or not. I saw something about replacing all the lead pipes and I was sold.
