Any front office worth a damn would draft the player they want and not even consider Burrows feelings.

People love to criticize Taylor for having Burrow throw 40+ times a game, but if they left it up to Joe I bet he would want to throw it 50.  We all love his confidence. He probably thinks he can win games with his arm alone.  In fact a lot of great QBs probably feel the same way.  Just like a lot of great WRs think they should get the ball every time.  And that is why players play but they don't coach or run the front office.

Any front office worth their salt would be smart get the opinion of a former teammate regarding a player that's in consideration for their 1st round pick, or any pick for that matter.  

Due to the nature of his position, Burrow is more than qualified to speak on if Chase is better or worse than guys like Justin Jefferson, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd.  If he says Chase is better than Jefferson, you take him at 5.  If he says he's better than Boyd, but worse than Higgins, you go Sewell or Pitts.
