You are correct. If a trans person identifies as a woman they would be a trans woman.

So the lines should be clearly drawn only when you are "transitioning"? You can keep repeating it as much as you want, but it makes no sense: "Trans should be able to go to which ever restroom/locker room they want to help eliminate their confusion and helps them identify."
