I can only imagine what Fred is posting since he's been backed into a corner. I will simply add that his favorite scenario is a felon in a car or house and a gun is found but law enforcement is helpless to tie the gun to him due to lack of a registry. To that I respond with a very simple point that completely undercuts his argument. No convicted felon is going to have a gun registered to them in the first place because duh.

Fun fact, criminals don't follow the law, so a gun registry will not assist law enforcement. What will help law enforcement is if you actually enforce existing gun laws instead of treating criminals with kid gloves because "the criminal justice system is systemically racist".
