Disgruntled vet letf, Aj getting VIP treatment, Ross kept around (instead of traded) while hard working players busting their butts to earn that buck, semi-injured bengal vet playing injured then released. The mounting losing record do not create a team culture at the slightest, switches to the me culture. I just worry about my stats and performance because the team is a losing team.
