Biden frequently referred to Trump's past xenophobic behavior, like his demand that Obama shut down travel from Africa during the Ebola outbreak (no worry about "panic" then), asserting that it should not influence his coronavirus policy. If a new virulent strain of the virus comes to the US from India, and Biden starts calling it "the India virus," then he'll be guilty of hypocrisy
