Actually, it sounds very simplistic, but the most healthy a Bengals team has been recently was....2015, when they were dominant.

Look at the Super Bowl Champs each year.  Most of them have their lines intact.  Their QB, and their top skill positions healthy. 

Overall lack of injuries is a massive predictor of success in the NFL.
