Chief is a title, not a slur so I can't see that one getting changed.  I suppose the fact that every "native American" team is red is a bit on the nose, though.  

On the plus side, we're all going to be able to tell our grandkids that we lived in a time where major brands were named "Indians" and "Redskins" and they're probably going to think we are totally badass for that.
