A lot of people will claim he was going too far, but that is why his players absolutely love him.
Schemes and gameplans are only part of being a great coach. Zimmer's strength is getting 100% effort out of his players. That is what made our defense great when he was here, and that is why the Vikings are going to win a lot of games for him also.
Yep, and I love that attitude from Zimmer. He's not afraid to back down from anyone. Whether it's an owner, coach, or media.
Hope he continues to do well. He helped build something great here and he's building something great over there.
