I guess I'm not exactly sure what "computer generated" CP actually is. To tell you the truth, I'm not sure I want to. If we're talking about 3D cartoons, no, it should not be banned. If we're talking about stuff that looks exactly like the real thing... I'll leave that determination up to people who have stronger stomachs than I do.

Oddly enough it was the Dubya Bush administration that determined that rendered forms of CP, such as lolicon, was protected under the first amendment.  I could be mistaken (and I really don't think I am), but as long as there are no real people involved digital, written or drawn representations of this nature are not illegal.
