This is an interesting debate for sure.
It makes me sick that people actually make this garbage.
I would say no to this because is there even a way to tell if it's faked or not? And really even if it is faked .... Do we really need to let off these degenerates? Once they are used to fake kiddie porn then they will want to go a step further.
