One of the big differences between now and a few years ago, it seems like we have less offensive plays where we have to call a timeout for some reason or other (wrong call, players confused, etc.)  It seems as if there's always 10 seconds to actually snap the ball once they get set.  That might have just been Marvin's fault.  Whatever Could just be this year's players that continue to gel together, but it doesn't seem so frustrating to watch now.  

As far as QB leadership styles go, I did like Dalton and Palmer, but they just don't seem to be cut from the same cloth as Boomer and Burrow.  Just a different attitude in my opinion.  I think we're very lucky to have the team that we have.  Not even one diva that I know of.  Great group of guys all around.
