You mean a system that spends 70% of the automated phone call talking about punishment for misuing the system and 30% actually filling prescriptions is part of a larger system that is inefficient?

They need to limit that exclusivity window and maybe have some kind of method to make sure we never have another epipen type situation again. Good move on the insulin cap. From what I have read so far it's a pretty decent step.
