Yeah, if I need a refill I have to call an automated line. They don't just send new ones.
They are also AGGRESSIVE about reminding me when an appointment is coming. Physical mail, multiple automatic texts that need responding to, automated call.
Got that COVID shot mail and texts, too, which is weird because they put my card info into their system. So systems not talking to each other or something.
