They are also AGGRESSIVE about reminding me when an appointment is coming. Physical mail, multiple automatic texts that need responding to, automated call.

Got that COVID shot mail and texts, too, which is weird because they put my card info into their system. So systems not talking to each other or something.

You can refill you prescriptions online and avoid that other stuff.

Aggressive ain’t the word for. FYI, you don’t have to answer the calls or texts. They won’t cancel your appointment. I think it’s more about getting people to cancel when they don’t plan to show up so another vet can have the appointment.

As for the COVID calls, regardless if you have or haven’t received the shot, it’s a reminder that your spouse and children are also eligible to get theirs too.
