I'm certain, to some point, the game would have been different if the Bengals score first. I just don't know that they would have won or even made it any closer than it was because they looked uncomfortable and tentative all game. 

I'd look more at the 3 or 4 dropped passes as something that could have really swung the game for them.

Maybe an opening drive score and going up 7 instead of down 7 makes them comfortable and gives them more confidence to be more aggressive and not play tentative.

Nothing's for sure but it seems like a likely possibility.
