Stuff like this makes me think about how I'd categorize the presidents of my lifetime. Let's see...
Carter
genuinely a good person, dud president
Reagan/G W Bush/Obama
charismatic guys who did their dirty work via sneaky political stuff while smiling for the camera and being so darn lovable
Clinton/Trump
genuinely bad guys who engaged in activities that would get normal people thrown in jail, supporters defended their impeachment by calling it personally-motivated and a non-issue, not politically related but also dishonor their wives for that extra bonus stench
HW Bush/Biden
lecherous old career government cronies who had spinoff presidencies as a result of being the VP of a charismatic president
