Without Gruden, I don't think the Bucs have that title. Dungy was stagnating there, ala Marvin Lewis. Plus Gruden proved himself elsewhere, unlike Tomlin.

Gruden fell off quick as hell. I'm not a believer in coasting off another coach though. Certainly not for as long as Mike Tomlin has been around.
