It is worth noting that on December 10th, Federal Judge Dabney Freidrich held that obstructing the electoral vote count is illegal. It was noted violence was not needed for this to occur, simply intending to interfere with the action would constitute a crime. It would then mean a conspiracy to commit such a crime, and all those involved in said conspiracy, would be in legal jeopardy. Just something interesting to think about as the commission rolls on and names all the players who obviously intended to obstruct the vote in various ways.
