For Bengal fans I think it is just a simple case of seeing a better candidate like Kenny Anderson get passed over time and time again, while some guy who is the 6th, or 7th maybe 8th best QB of his own era being looked at as a lock because of the jersey on his back.

He is Eli Manning in a different jersey.
